My first time cooking Brussel Sprouts .

  1. Green & Red peppers 
  2. Brussel sprouts
  3. Red onion
  4. Garlic clove


   Let your Brussel sprouts cook on low heat   With a little olive oil (add water if needed ) then add your onions , garlic and peppers
 I added Swiss cheese but you can add your cheese of choice . 

My fave veggie crumbles .   
                  And Voilà 🙌🏾
