When I first became a vegetarian I was afraid of not getting enough protein, like many new vegetarians (: but over time I have found great products that are amazing for protein and extra nutritional benefits.
 
1. Goji berries
Vitamin A, C , Iron
2. Hemp Seeds
Magnesium, Omega fatty acids, protein
3. Chia seeds
Protein , Fiber
